REFUND POLICY
Tuition will be refunded (less a $25.00 processing fee) if notification is received no later than 7 days prior to the workshop. Notification may be verbal or in writing. Participants may also elect to send another person in their place. Tuition will not be refunded for no-shows.
GoldStar Vascular Access reserves the right to cancel all programs. We will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants including, but not limited to, airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
